Brushes can be downloaded from all over the internet if you don't know how to make your own.
To use them in psp 7 is easy.
Locate the tool options palette in the tool bar in psp, which you can see here circled in red.
Here on the tool options palette you can either click on the brush that is circled on the right hand side, or double click on the square with the arrow pointing to it. From either place you can select a different brush.
If you want to go back to the original brush, click on the little brush on the tool options palette and select NORMAL, and that will default your brush back to the original brush you just have to adjust the size.
